Kari Samantha, born in 1967 is an American actress, singer (born on April 28, 1967). Wuhrer began her career as she was in her teens. She is best known for her character Maggie Beckett on the TV show Sliders, as well as as her character, Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the horror comedy movie Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was raised within Brookfield Connecticut as her mother was Karin Noble and worked as a payroll clerk, as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer. She has three sisters and brothers.
